It is important that your little one always wears the tights with braces in the correct way (as shown in all our pictures) – with one brace securely placed on the left shoulder and the other brace on the right shoulder in order to avoid abrasions.

This is not a sleepwear product, remember to not leave your child unattended when wearing tights with braces.

Silly Silas is founded by Terry a mother of two boys. Her mom gave her a pair of traditional tights with braces, which were quite common during the fifties in the Czech Republic. She felled instantly in love with how nostalgic, adorable and practical they were, it was a love at first sight.This fusion of traditions, ingenious practical design and contemporary cool was the energy that brought the Silly Silas clothing brand into being. The tights are traditionally produced in Czech Republic by artisans who cherish their profession for decades, supporting the local craft that is slowly and sadly vanishing.
